we have news for you. As some of you already know, there was an expedited motion at the administrative court in Dresden for the protection of the treehouses. It was now turned down, as there is no eviction planned on the 8th of February, and there won’t be anything until the 14th. On the 15th of February though, there is an examination by the assembly authority planned, we’ll see what they’re planning afterwards. For us, it’s clear: We’ve come to stay!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The procedure also has another advantage, as it allows us and the BI W\u00fcrschnitz to read not before public papers about species conservation, and other internal documents. Of course we stand for transparency, and somehow some documents have already ended up on the web, links below \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But what that means is that we have more time. There is still a lot to do, in the forest, but also in the city. Every new day is a chance to show that Heibo has to stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So out on the streets, agitate, educate, organize, and make it clear to KBO and cops that we will defend ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
