You are planning to come to the skillshare weekend or the demo? Or maybe you even want to stay longer?
We’ve collected some infos on what you should be aware of if you are coming, generally, as well as specifically for this weekend:
First, if you still have space in your bags, and capacities to support us with material, you can find our current wish list under the following link. Most importantly, we need sleeping bags and blankets, fresh vegetables, white painter’s overalls and super glue.
Also, there are nazi rallys planned in Dresden this weekend (Saturday and Monday). Thus, expect an increased presence of cops and fascists in trains and at stations surrounding Dresden. Please take care, especially on the journey to- or from here. If possible, don’t travel alone, it’s better to be in a group when you have to change trains or on the way from the station to the forest.
In case you are already coming on Friday, best bring some food for yourself for the evening, as we can not guarantee to have enough food for everyone that’s coming. On Saturday and Sunday though, the MaWa will bring us food.
If you have capacities to support the forest by doing scouting shifts this weekend, we would also be especially happy, as Mahnwache and occupation would be a lot safer.

Food for the revolution!
The eviction of Heibo is right around the corner, and besides the squatters in the trees, there will be a lot of people needed for reproductive work in the background. Currently, there’s still people missing especially for a KüfA (cooking team), that supplies MaWa, Out of Action rooms and Gesa-support with food. We will have a location, and can pay for and organise foodstuff, but we are lacking in people for Cutting, cooking, spicing, washing dishes, handing out, transporting food… We have warm sleeping places inside, and a kitchen that’s looking forward to be overflowing with the smell of delicious food. who support with shifts, and can serve as an anchor point during eviction. Send us a dm or e-mail to heibo@systemli.org, if you have questions or can imagine to support us.
Call for rally: Heibo Stays
It’s time, after 1½ years of occupation, the Heibo near Dresden is supposed to be evicted. Only so that a gravel pit can grow even further, but we won’t let this destruction happen!!! And for that reason, on Sunday, 12th of February (12.2.), there will be a big rally for the preservation of Heibo. You are very welcome to come on Saturday already, or even earlier, as there will be a large skillshare weekend in Heibo on the 11th and 12th.
Come by, learn climbing, build tripods and barricades with us, have a nice chat around the campfire🔥 And maybe you have the time to stay till eviction, and prevent it with us. The Heibo is well connected to public transportation. Below, you can read how to get here 😀
The most likely date for the eviction is the 15th of February, or very few days later. The big rally on the 12th will take place in any case. We’re looking forward to seeing you there! Let’s set a sign of resistance against the eviction of Heibo. Get together, get organised, and let’s make the eviction into a disaster together.
How to get here:
You get into the RB33 to Königsbrück (often on platform 4), and get out at the station Ottendorf-Okrilla Nord. From there, you still have 15-20min by bike, or about 45min by foot (3km) to go to the occupation. Best look up the way on a map beforehand, or walk together with others.
Eviction updates.
Hello comrades, accomplices and companions,
we have news for you. As some of you already know, there was an expedited motion at the administrative court in Dresden for the protection of the treehouses. It was now turned down, as there is no eviction planned on the 8th of February, and there won’t be anything until the 14th. On the 15th of February though, there is an examination by the assembly authority planned, we’ll see what they’re planning afterwards. For us, it’s clear: We’ve come to stay!
The procedure also has another advantage, as it allows us and the BI Würschnitz to read not before public papers about species conservation, and other internal documents. Of course we stand for transparency, and somehow some documents have already ended up on the web, links below 😀
But what that means is that we have more time. There is still a lot to do, in the forest, but also in the city. Every new day is a chance to show that Heibo has to stay.
So out on the streets, agitate, educate, organize, and make it clear to KBO and cops that we will defend ourselves.

Update about the eviction situation
At the moment it is still relatively calm in the forest in terms of police presence. We therefore don’t have any clear signs that the eviction will start tomorrow. However, we are still threatened by eviction, and expect it to start around 15.02. We also still need support in the forest to build structures and to prepare the skillshare weekend. Come by tomorrow to support us!
Digger in the gravel pit
Today at 8:15, there was a digger in the gravel pit right next to the occupation. The digger tried to flatten the open pit mine perimeter, probably to make it suitable for use by the cops. We got in the way, and the digger had to leave again at 9:03. It stays our goal to make this eviction impossible. Come into the forest. Stand with us against state authority and climate devastation!
❗️We are assuming that the cops will prepone the eviction, and start next Wednesday (08.02.)❗️
In other occupations, Lützi and Fecher, the eviction was preponed! The significant increase in cop presence in and around the occupation, in the form of cop cars, drones, a police helicopter and 15 cops in plain clothes in the forest further hint at eviction being just around the corner! We are still trying to organise the skillshare weekend on 11./12.02. Everyone, come to Heibo on the 6th of February to stand in the way of capitalist destruction!
Current eviction situation
Hello, this text should clear up our current situation a bit, in regards to the eviction, and up until when it may take place.
At the time of wirting, 1st of February 2023, we still exist, but sadly time is running out. In Germany, without special license, it is only allowed to clear forest up until the 28th of February. Since an eviction only makes sense combined with and followed by clearing, state and KBO only have 28 days left.
There‘s advantages and disadvantages to this situation. An advantage is, that we have a good overview over the days where an eviction is still possible, and we thus hopefully can prepare and plan better.
The disadvantage is, of course, that it is even more likely for the eviction to start any day now.
Still, it‘s now the time to build structures in the forest and in the cities, to make this eviction attempt as hard as possible.
So, get organised, check our traveling messenger groups, start your own gangs, and think of what you want to do.
Fight capital and state!
Current legal situation
If it should come to problems with the authorities, we have contact to nice lawyers who help us.
This means: visitors can come by without any problems and activists can build with peace of mind 🦋
.According to statements made by the gravel pit spokesmen to the press, there are no forest clearing plans at the moment. However, plans for clearing work are also often only drawn up shortly before the clearing season. So how things will proceed from October onwards is still unclear.
What is clear: we are staying!
