Today at 8:15, there was a digger in the gravel pit right next to the occupation. The digger tried to flatten the open pit mine perimeter, probably to make it suitable for use by the cops. We got in the way, and the digger had to leave again at 9:03. It stays our goal to make this eviction impossible. Come into the forest. Stand with us against state authority and climate devastation!

Aktuelles aus dem Wald.
❗️We are assuming that the cops will prepone the eviction, and start next Wednesday (08.02.)❗️
In other occupations, Lützi and Fecher, the eviction was preponed! The significant increase in cop presence in and around the occupation, in the form of cop cars, drones, a police helicopter and 15 cops in plain clothes in the forest further hint at eviction being just around the corner! We are still trying to organise the skillshare weekend on 11./12.02. Everyone, come to Heibo on the 6th of February to stand in the way of capitalist destruction!
Current eviction situation
Hello, this text should clear up our current situation a bit, in regards to the eviction, and up until when it may take place.
At the time of wirting, 1st of February 2023, we still exist, but sadly time is running out. In Germany, without special license, it is only allowed to clear forest up until the 28th of February. Since an eviction only makes sense combined with and followed by clearing, state and KBO only have 28 days left.
There‘s advantages and disadvantages to this situation. An advantage is, that we have a good overview over the days where an eviction is still possible, and we thus hopefully can prepare and plan better.
The disadvantage is, of course, that it is even more likely for the eviction to start any day now.
Still, it‘s now the time to build structures in the forest and in the cities, to make this eviction attempt as hard as possible.
So, get organised, check our traveling messenger groups, start your own gangs, and think of what you want to do.
Fight capital and state!
Building weekend 11/12.2.
On the weekend of the 11th and 12th of February, we want to build the last new structures before the eviction. That includes a Küfa, medic, awarenewss structure at the MaWa, and additional legal sleeping places. It’s planned to be taking place as self-organized as possible. We also want to make the forest unevictable. Check if there’s already a travel group or bus coming here from your town, or organise one!
Feel free to write to us in case you have questions, or are organising a travel group, so we can spread the mobi as well!
Come by and let’s make the eviction impossible!
The Danni-EA/legal team will be available under the phone number 0641 201099540.
Eviction update
Current (eviction) situation: On 23.1. the deadline from the District Office Bautzen to remove the tree houses and fireplaces expires. If we do not do so, the district office has threatened us to remove the structures ourselves. This would be tantamount to an eviction. We suspect that in the week of 23.1. the district office will first check whether there are still fireplaces and tree houses and will evict us in the following week. Since there are always demonstrations going on in Saxony on Mondays, it is likely that they will not begin an eviction until Tuesday. However, this is all speculation and it may well be that they will start evicting us as early as the week of Jan. 23. There will be a registered picket from 22.1. in the evening and on Wednesday 18.1. an infocall (more information to follow). Therefore: come by, gladly already for the Skillshare weekend from 20.1.-22.1., and let’s oppose the destruction of the forest and the surrounding moors by capitalist interests! #heibo_bleibt #fecher_bleibt…
Info + Donationaktion in Berlin
It is again so far, this year again several forest occupations are to give way to the environmental destruction and the capitalist greed for profit. After Lützerath, the Heibo is next in danger of eviction. From the 23.1 the forest🌲, near Dresden is to be evicted and give way to a gravel pit. Come therefore with pleasure to our info evening with following discussion round and Küfa🍝 in the Katerschmiede. Where: In the Keimzelle (Rigaer Straße 94, knock on the door we open for you) When?: On Wednesday 18.01 at 7 pm The forest occupation also very happy about money as well as donations in any kind (socks 🧦, shoes 👟 climbing materials and sleeping bag, warm winter clothes 🧥🧤🧣will be happy about everything) We look forward to you 😊 forward this message with pleasure 🙂
Skillshare-Weekend from 20.-22-01.
From 20. to 22. 01. there will be a Skillshare-Weekend in our forest. So that we can all have a relaxed time, we start with an Awarness-Input, which will take place either Friday evening or Saturday morning. We will continue with different climbing skillshares (relevant for eviction, beginner workshops, rescue skillshare, …) Some skillshares and talking rounds we offer as shelter. These are only accessible to certain groups of people ( e.g. FLINTA/ TINA only, Neurodivergence). If needed, we also try to provide English translations. This will be followed by a Sani workshop on Saturday at noon. Sunday there will be a legal input and all people are invited to build barricades (which is of course always welcome). Also part of it is cooking together, exchanging with each other and taking over daily tasks, e.g. washing up. It would be great if you bring some food 🙂
Our picket starts on the evening of the 22nd, we are happy about every person who wants to participate there, be it helping with the setup or taking part in shifts. Feel free to share the info. See you in the forest. #heibobleibt
Presumed ground eviction on 10.1.
We have heard that on 10.01. a possible soil eviction will take place by Sachsen Forst. Since these are only rumors, we ourselves do not yet know exactly what will happen on that day.
That means: We need you urgently! Be it on the structures, loud & creative on the ground or as a journalist! Every person counts!
Greetings in solidarity,
Heibo
Skillshare- Weekend 20-22.01.
As of 23.01. there is an active danger of evacuation. We want to prepare together and give you an insight into the forest life. That’s why we invite you to a skillshare weekend from Friday, 20.01, on.
In different workshops we want to share knowledge and skills that are important for forest occupations and beyond. Everyone can participate without being a “full professional”. We want to learn with and from each other without hierarchies of knowledge.
Among other things, climbing, first aid and cooking for large groups of people are on the agenda. The detailed program will be published in the next days. Some skillshares are offered as a shelter. These are only open to certain groups of people (e.g. FLINTA*/ TINA* only, neurodivergence). If needed, we will also try to provide an English translation. If you have something to offer, you are welcome to write us.
So dress warmly and come to the Heibo (tested on a daily basis).
And as always: NO COPS NO NAZIS NO MACKER NO DISCRIMINATION
++++Please forward++++
Dear all
In addition to the Fecher at the beginning and Lützi in the middle of next month, there is a third forest occupation threatened with eviction as of Jan. 23: the Heibo near Dresden. Around the
clearing of the forest for the expansion of a climate-damaging gravel plant
we have been living for over a year in tree houses on the
endangered area. To save it now, or at least make the clearing as difficult as possible, we need you: come to the forest where we can give you skillshares on how to climb, build, and annoy the cops most skillfully. Prepare actions outside against concrete and gravel industry sites, repressive authorities, and those who stand in the way of the building turnaround! Spread the information and organize rallies!
When the enforcers of ecocidal capitalism stand in the forest at the end of January, they should be confronted with a broad front of action and publicity in Heibo as well as outside, making it clear to them that such 20th century projects cannot take place without resistance!
Greetings from the forest
Heibo
PS: Here is the status of what the bourgeois state calls “law”:
After a participant* filed an objection against the general decree of the district of Bautzen of 18.05.22, the person led two proceedings before the Administrative Court of Dresden and the Higher Administrative Court of Saxony. Since the courts have sided in almost all points on the side of the district, now came the request from the district office, until 23.1. to dismantle all buildings and fireplaces. Should we not independently destroy our open space, which we have built up with much effort, so that it can give way to the gravel pit, the county would do it for us. Legal details can be found on our website: http://heibo.noblogs.org, as well as info on how to get there and how and why we are occupying the forest.
On Twitter, Mastodon and Instagram you can find us under heibo_bleibt, our

On Telegram there are regular updates on the current state of affairs.
As soon as the eviction starts, info will be passed on there.
